From video model to production line: agents and the feedback loop

A deployed video model is the machine. Production also needs someone to operate it: take briefs, run batches, retry failures, check outputs and deliver. Nuva Lab agents do that work on your deployment, and your review decisions guide how the system improves.

The production loop

Video production is a repeating loop

Ads, game marketing and short drama all repeat the same cycle: a brief and references come in, the system generates candidates, people review them, some clips go back for changes, approved clips ship, and the next batch starts.

Generation is one step. Most of the cost and time sits in the steps around it.

Two agents

Agents that operate the model

01

Creative Agent

Turns briefs into generation jobs, runs batches and retries, checks outputs, organizes your asset library and executes your production workflows on the deployed model.

02

FDE Agent

Helps our engineers connect the deployment to your systems and keep it running, so each new deployment needs less custom engineering.

The feedback loop

How the system improves with your approved work

StepWhat happens
1. ReviewYour team approves or rejects clips, with a reason.
2. ClassifyRejects are grouped by cause: consistency, motion, audio, format.
3. AdjustWe change prompts and workflow first, and the model when needed.
4. CheckThe change must pass a held-out set of your briefs before release.

The loop runs inside your deployment and uses your data only. We measure it by acceptance rate, cost per accepted clip and turnaround time. These are the targets we build toward with each customer, not a general claim of autonomous learning.

Why it matters

What changes for your team

  • More clips pass review, so the cost per accepted clip falls.
  • Your team spends time on creative review, not on operating tools.
  • Model upgrades, such as new FastH3 releases, reach your deployment after they pass your test set.

FAQ

Questions

What does the Creative Agent do?

It runs production tasks on your deployed video model: it turns briefs into jobs, runs batches and retries, checks outputs, organizes assets and executes your workflows.

Is my data used to improve models for other customers?

No. The feedback loop runs inside your deployment and uses your data only.

How do you measure improvement?

By acceptance rate on a held-out set of your briefs, cost per accepted clip and turnaround time, measured before and after each change.
